Came across a thought-provoking phrase this morning. It was pasted on the glass counter of a medical store. Here's how it went -
"THE WORLD IS IN SO MUCH TURMOIL,
NOT BECAUSE OF THE VIOLENCE OF BAD PEOPLE
BUT BECAUSE OF THE SILENCE OF GOOD PEOPLE...."

hmm.. very true. if the 'good people' started speaking and working for the betterment of the society..

true. a friend of mine once said: "its sometimes better to be dumb and tolerate the world rather than bein smart and not bein able to do ne thin to change the world" =D i think he's kinda rite... bcoz when the wrong voices r heard... when u shout nd try to get heard.. ppl just think ure mad, without making an effort to understand u. :)
